Just one of those days!

Hello everyone,

I hope and pray all is well with you and yours. Well here I go and where to start heaven only knows. I really do not have much to write about again this week, my life has been focused mainly on my family and making sure they are taken care of and their needs are met and school. Lately and for what reason I do not know, I have been feeling overwhelmed with school and trying not to let feelings of frustration bleed into my life with my family. All I can do at times is sit and pray and for the most that is all I need at least for that moment. But I do have those rare days where nothing goes right and everything goes wrong. I guess today was just one of those days and instead of poring out my woes here in this blog, I am going to leave with saying that I believe that God has plans for me and no matter how hard and frustrating my days may get there is always a tomorrow. I hope that made sense to you cause it sure made sense to me.

Short but sweet.

Hello everyone,
Here I am again sitting in front of the computer with so much yet nothing to say. This week was exciting for me and my family, our daughter will be graduating from preschool in a couple of months and come September she will be starting Kindergarten. Last Wednesday we took her to her new school to register her and let me tell you it took everything in me just to hold back the tears, our little girl is growing up and it is so hard to hold back the emotions sometimes. I can remember when I first held her in my arms and I looked down at her tiny little face and I thought to myself, can I do this? Well, I am proud to say that I can! With God's help I can do anything I put my heart and mind too and that I truly believe. I have a favorite saying that I have to remind myself all the time and it goes something like this, " If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it."
Well guess what? I really do not have much to say this time around. I will try really hard to write more next week and hopefully I will have something much more exciting to write about.

My 1st post ~ What to write about?

Well here I am sitting in front of my computer and racking my brain in trying to find something to write about.
I think I will start off with saying that today was a pretty good day considering that I was up all night last night, in fact I was up till 4:30 a.m. trying to come up with a topic and my thesis statement. I must have changed my topic a few dozen times but I think I finally found something to write my paper on or at least I hope so. My thesis statement did not come out so great maybe cause I was half asleep while writing it so now I am going to have to rewrite it and hopefully I will get it right this time.
Right now I think I should finish up here and go to bed so I will be bright eyed and bushy tailed (so to speak) tomorrow instead of being an old grump especially for my husband and daughters sake.
